The Software connects periodically to our license server to verify validity. Any attempt to bypass or manipulate the license system will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of proven technical failure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Trading forex, gold, and CFDs involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your capital. The Software does not guarantee profits. You use it entirely at your own risk.
Active license holders are entitled to receive updates, improvements, and support. Support is provided via email or other official communication channels.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Software.
Gold Raptor EA, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
